§12 Membership(1) A user can become a member on Plan Your Trip. You pay for the membership and have access to more functions. You have to pay in advance and you will receive ae-mail, when your membership will end soon. Of course you can prolonge your membership.
(2) If the membership ends, you don't have access to the additional functions anymore until you become a member again.
(3) All trips, you create while you are a member (with additional functions), keep these functions if your membership ends. But you can change these functions olny as a member. If not, you have only access to the limited functions.
§13 Payment
(1) The membership is payable as bank transfer only. If you can't transfer the payment to a german account, please contact us.
(2) After you ordered the membership, you can directly access all the advantages. You member account is activated instantly. If no payment was received by Plan Your Trip within two weeks, your membership is cancelled instantly.
(3) If §14, Par. 2 occures, all trips and markers which were created after you placed the membership order, will be deleted.
(4) You will receive an invoice as PDF by e-mail, after Plan Your Trip received your payment. The biller ist DaWD - Dinkelacker Web- & Dienstleistungen.
§14 Deletion of trips(1) If you delete a trip or a trip is deleted because §14, Par. 2 occured, these trips and all markers of the trip, are not editable by the user anymore. Thee trips and markers stay in the system, that shared trips (e.g. on Facebook) stay valid.
(2) Plan Your Trip gets all competences from the user, to delete the trips and markers finally.
(3) The User has no claim to restore deleted trips. If it happened by mistake, please contact us, we will find a solution.
§15 Facebook
The user ca share the trips on Facebook. Guests can see the trips and share them on Facebook too. On Facebook a screenshot and the description and trip name are displayed. The user will see a preview first. The user is liable for all contents posted on Facebook.§16 End of membership
(1) The membership ends
(2) The user has no justification for refund, if the membership ends before the payed timeframe ends.
§17 Severability
(1) If a provision of this disclaimer is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.
